Everything in the natural realm is a shadow in the spiritual realm

written by Zach Wheatley

Everything in the natural realm is a shadow in the spiritual realm.

When you think about it, “Why is everything like it is?”  Did everything happen to be come all by chance? It means that there must be a lot of coincidences through out history then.

I personally do not believe that there are such things as “coincidences”. I believe that there are divine appointments, made and set apart by God alone.

Not all divine happenings are about people and others. There are such as, the four seasons, the wind and why it blows like it does, the rain and how it refreshes and replenishes. How we have our natural instincts in life.

Think about the four cycles of the seasons. How in the spring everything is life, and new and welcoming. It’s a joyful, happy feeling. And then you go into summer and it’s the heat, and the warmest part. Then you get into fall and its time to get rid of the old and strip bare and replenish, and get ready for the winter. And then winter comes around and its gets cold, the trees are bare and everything appears to be dead, but the fresh white snow, blankets everything. It’s the time to expose, to get ride of the old, kill off anything that is not suppose to grow. And then spring comes around and life is restored. And then the cycle repeats itself.

That is how God works in us. We also have seasons. It may seem like many more than four, but it works a lot of the same way.

How about how the food chain works. From the smallest living substance to the largest mammal is included and connected. It’s a lot like God’s kingdom. We are the food chain.

Without you, we couldn’t fulfill God’s plan to the fullest. Every single person is included and used to help each other. We feed off each other. We all encourage each other. We all need each other to go on with life. We teach each other stuff, we learn from each others mistakes and we all build off of each other. God has placed friends in our life for a reason. To encourage and keep each other accountable of each other. Without my friends, I wouldn’t be here, right now where I am, in my life and with God. It all has a tie, they all work together. From the smallest substance what you say to me tomorrow, can affect me 20 years down the road.

Even my choices can affect you.

Say I saw you on the street today and I told you to have a great day. And you may let that comment fly by like it was a ‘goodbye’ but I meant it as I said it. And then you may have one of the worst days of your life. But that night when you lie in bed it may come back to you and you remember that you saw me. And then you remember our conversation and you remember that I told you to have a great day. Then you notice that I didn’t say, ‘I hope you have a great day’ but I told you to. There is a difference. And so when you get up the next morning you tell your self, “I am going to have a great day” and you speak it before your day even happens.  And then you set you mind to it before it has even happened. And so you do have a great day because you remembered that I told you to and you set your mind to it.

It’s all in how you look at it.

Optimistic or pessimistic?

Its one or the other.

Its up to you.

You make the choice.
